Highly recommend the Myofascial Release massage with Myra! She’s amazing — her experience and gentle, caring approach have really helped relieve my tension and pain while improving my overall alignment and posture. I also find her work super helpful after dental appointments, especially if you deal with TMJ issues.

Mariana was one of the best nail artists I've ever had. The preparation conversation before her meticulous work on my manicure was unlike anything I've experienced. We discussed why I was choosing gel polish, what my nail shape was like, nail growth, the positives of a dry manicure, and more. She was able to see video of the design I wanted, and was careful to get it perfect before moving on with the rest of my nails. Thanks to her expertise, suggestions, and skill, my gel manicure lastest the longest it ever has, and my nails managed to keep length after the gel was gone. Mariana was so enjoyable to talk with, and the front staff was very welcoming and kind. I felt the price was very fair as well.

The technicians are skilled and pleasant, and the facility is very clean. I deducted two stars as since they've moved locations, there is a new receptionist on staff, who is unpleasant to encounter. What use to be a welcoming wait time is no longer. The check out procedure has also changed, so although you confirm your online appointment with a credit card that was usually automatically charged after your service, now you must swipe your card before leaving. I wasn't aware of this new procedure, so not only was the new receptionist rude, she treated me like a thief attempting to run out without paying. I'm a regular customer so updating me on the new procedure was fine, but her manner was disgusting.

Just got my first pedicure at Upper West Spa and I had an amazing experience! The staff were welcoming and kind, the space was beautiful and clean, and the service was great! My pedicure was done by Marcia and she was gentle and meticulous and did an amazing job! I’m super happy with my experience and I’ll definitely be coming back.
