🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I can't say enough good things about this nail salon! I came in close to closing time, and they still welcomed me so kindly and didn’t rush a single thing. I got a pedicure and was incredibly happy with the results — they paid attention to every detail and made sure I left feeling pampered and relaxed. The staff was professional, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service, even at the end of a long day. You can tell they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers’ experience. I would absolutely come back here again and highly recommend this salon to anyone in the Amsterdam, NY area looking for quality nail care and great service. Thank you again for fitting me in and doing such a wonderful job!

I went in today and got a pedicure and acrylic set. I paid at the counter at the end of my service. I come here often and the bill was $20 more than I usually pay for the same services I received today. I did not tip as it was not my card that I was paying with (it was my boyfriends) due to the factor I was going to tip 20 but the bill was 20 more than usual. The lady turned to the owner and let her know I did not tip. Then the owner starts yelling at me saying I NEED to tip and this is a service and I have to TIP. This was not very friendly of the owner and rather disrespectful. I do understand tipping is the right thing but I do think that 1 there’s was no explanation to the hire prices and 2 the woman was then very rude when I didn’t. Also the owner said I should tip more because 2 girls did my nails when 1 girl did my pedicure and another started my acrylics but gurl 1 finished them. I will not be returning here or recommending this place to ANYONE!

I sat with this one for a while. Literally sat in my car on the verge of tears. But Linda was very mean. Not even rude, just cruel. Like she had better things to do and I was inconveniencing her. I didn't even ask for anything special or out of the ordinary. I had picked out red. That's it just red. For my nails and my toenails. I wanted my nails gel and my toes regular polish. She did my feet first. They looked fine. Red. Started my nails and I said that looks pink, right? And she huffed and rolled her eyes. A few times. The woman next to her was nice and said maybe if they do a 3rd coat it would look more red. I thought that was a good suggestion and probably would have done that happily if Linda hadn't just made me want to cry. At the end of the day, we are all people. I'm sorry you had a bad day, Linda. But next time, maybe take the day off. I won't come back. And I will tell people to avoid going.

If I could give it a zero I would the nail places need to update their boards because if you advertise $55 acrylic and gel polish then that’s what it should be. Not after you put nails on state that on its $80 because of the shape and how long they are. Also don’t talk bad about customers because they asked why $80 and continue to throw my hand around because you are angry with me now. And continue to slam my hand into the light cause you want me out of there.. also this was for 1 color! Very rude and disrespectful I asked for coffin, and got square oval.

I got my toes done they charged 20$ more for gel and they started chipping in one day. And my nails they didn’t do anything to my cuticals and I have only had my nails for 5 days and they look like 2 weeks grown out. Never going back
