Lotus Nail Spa

This place has been by far one of my best nail experiences. The owner was super friendly and she was the one who did my nails. She gave me exactly what I asked for. I like my acrylics to look more natural and she did exactly that. She said she has been doing nails for ten years and you can definitely tell! She was very polite and talkative. It made the experience go by faster. She was extremely sweet. She was also very gentle with my hands unlike other salons I’ve been to! I felt like for the quality of these nails that the prices were very reasonable and budget friendly! I would recommend all of my friends to go here!

Got a pedi here once it was good very nice. Painted extra false nails for extras. Went back to have a couple false nails painted again. Lady was RUDE. Said go to Walmart get color paint yourself! Kool you got it! Here’s your review!

My fiance got a mani with gel and I got a mani. Our nail tech was amazing. She was so kind and engaging. She made sure my fiancé liked her nail shape, color (she wanted very natural), etc. we can’t say enough nice things about her!

Great pedicure and no wait! I called ahead to Lotus Nail Spa and was able to get a spot without any issue. When I arrived, I was the only customer there, and Kim was working. She gave me a pedicure, and I have to say—it was one of the most personable and informative experiences I’ve had at a nail salon. Kim was incredibly friendly, talkative, and welcoming. She took the time to ask me about my travels and even gave me some great local recommendations, including visiting Cloudcroft, which she said is a beautiful old western town, especially at sunset. I frequently get hangnails on my big toes, and Kim went out of her way to offer advice on how to prevent them. She suggested soaking my feet in warm salt water, doing some stretches, and massaging my big toes since there are so many nerves in the feet. I really appreciated her willingness to share her knowledge—it felt like she genuinely cared, rather than just rushing through the service like you might experience at some other salons. The pedicure was great, the price was just right, and the customer service made it a standout experience. If you’re passing through or local to the area, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Kim!
