2025-06-10I brought my mom here for her birthday while visiting Alamogordo from NYC. She uses a walker, and we were hoping for a relaxing and kind experience. Unfortunately, we were treated in a way that made us feel extremely unwelcome. Staff acted as though there was something wrong with my mom, and despite arriving before another customer, they chose to serve that person first — clearly trying to get us to leave. My mom was exhausted, and we couldn’t go elsewhere, so we stayed. But the entire time, we felt like an inconvenience. It was disheartening to see such a lack of compassion, especially in a town known for its friendly people. My mom has never experienced this kind of treatment — not even in a big city like NYC. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone who values kindness, especially not for senior citizens. No one deserves to be treated with disrespect because of their age or mobility.

2025-05-15It was my first time coming to Asian Nails with my Mom, and we weren't pleased with their service. The lady that did my nails kept yanking my arm towards her and throwing my hand back, which kept making me irritated. I didn't exactly get what I wanted from my reference photo.(It was a pretty basic nail look.) But I didn't want to bother her even more since she seemed upset. The guy that did my mom's nails rushed and was lazy with it. Her nails came out lumpy and uneven. Overall, not coming back here.
