Nails 4 U & Spa

If I could give zero stars , it would be zero ! I don’t remember the nail tech , however my 8 year old son and I walked in for my 6:30 appointment . They were very nice at first . I wanted different colors and checker on one nail, and fire flames on the other 2 nails on each hand . The tech did not do the checker design well at all . She redid it like 3 times on 1 nail and I still didn’t like it . She then got some guy , I’m not sure if it was the manager or owner, but is asked her if she could do a different design instead , he stated they can do all designs , but I scared her . What type of foolishness is that ? From the beginning she should’ve told me she couldn’t do the design . I have pictures so you guys can see how I left the salon that day . I was furious and they have terrible customer service skills . I ended up having to soak off the gel myself . I went to Delaware and got them done and I loved them ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone going to the nails 4 u in Vineland , they suck !

Never disappointed.. Mila is an outstanding nail stylist.. Today I went in with a picture of what I wanted and Mila nailed it! Lol.. My nails look better then the picture.. Hands down Mila is the best nail stylist I've ever had... Nails 4 u is an excellent nail spa, everyone is kind, friendly and professional...

The best service ever! Using this salon for years. I personally go for Elona she is great! Always positive and doing great job!!!!

I just got my nails done from Kathy. She was very nice and as far as the beginning of the nail service, everything went great. I wanted new nails with a very simple flower on two fingers. She made her own variation of this design, although the original was very simple and could’ve been completed by a novice nail artist. I was very disappointed in the service and she could tell, I caught the visit short and asked to leave immediately After expressing that the nails did not need my expectations and the design did not look anything like the design I showed her. This was my second visit to the salon, and I was very hopeful to find a new one in my new area that I would like, but the customer service was not There. I would hope in any service industry that the person providing services would not let you leave unhappy with their work.
