I went to this salon recently for a manicure and unfortunately had a very negative experience with one of the technicians. She used the electric file repeatedly on my natural nails, going over the same areas multiple times even after I asked why she was doing it. My nails were long, healthy, and protected with a light builder gel before this visit (photos included for reference). After her service, my nails were painfully thin and sensitive, and two of them broke the very next day. When I questioned her, she said she was removing “builder gel,” but there was none left, only my natural nail. I left feeling hurt and disappointed, especially after realizing she continued even when I expressed discomfort. I’m sharing this so others are aware and can speak up immediately if something doesn’t feel right. I truly hope management ensures proper training and supervision so no one else has to experience this kind of damage.

I came here 7/12/25. I got a pedicure and fullset the tech they gave to me doesn’t know how to shape properly even with me constantly showing her a picture each time I asked her to shape my nail properly she caught an attitude to make matters worse she left a big gap in between my cuticle and where she started to polish and when I asked her to fix it once again she caught a attitude and said when they paint too close to the cuticle it peels,this isn’t my first time getting my nails done I have never had a space this big in between my cuticle and where they paint. I asked for a manager and she said it wasn’t one available, I paid and left . Monday morning I contacted the salon and spoke to a manager she asked me to come in on Tuesday. When I arrived the woman at table 1 asked to see my nails ,I’m assuming she’s the manager, she asked me if I was sure I came in Saturday I told her yes she then tells me she could only reshape and put a top coat on! No fixing the polish ,no fixing the space, only a top coat and reshape. Their customer service is HORRIBLE they need to take classes on customer service .

I am so grateful to live so close to such an amazing nail salon! I never walk out disappointed. They always find a way to fit me in the schedule and for that I am so thankful. All of their technicians are talented. They do beautiful work. Love you all! ♥️

I started going to Marina 2 weeks ago today and I think I’m going to stick with her, I love her work so far! They put the acrylic all the way down to the cuticle unlike most places, so my nails actually look freshly done and not a week old already. I was going to my usual place since I was a teen and I’ll never go back now!! It’s very clean here and everyone seems so friendly!

Do not go if you want to be rushed. Gel manicure was horrible. It was so thick and bubbled. Nail tech blamed it on being glitter polish. Not kid friendly either. Did not push my cuticles back. Barely a massage on my legs. And painted over nail dust.
