Meraki Hair Studio and Day Spa

I had the absolute pleasure getting a last minute appoinment to have my hair done on 11/1/25. I called from the airport and Kim was able to accomodate me at the time I requested. When I lived in NJ she was my go to professional for all hair care services. It has been over 20 years since I last was in her chair and I made sure to let her know I always left with my hair looking beatiutiful so of course she was my first and only option. The atmosphere is tranquil, the staff friendly,and the services are top notch. I was able to get a tour to see the diffrent areas where services like, waxing, body scrubs, massages ect take place. Do yourself a favor and run to book an appointment, you will not be disappointed.

I went to Meraki for the first time this week and it was a wonderful experience. I had hand surgery last week and needed to get my hair washed and blown out since I can’t do it myself right now. Tatiana did an amazing job, everyone at the salon was so nice and welcoming from the moment I came in to the moment I left, and when I went into the office today I got so many compliments about my hair. Thank you so much for pampering me and I’ll definitely be back to check out some of your other services!!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while, and I just have to say, Tatiana is truly amazing! She does my color every month, and as a blonde, I know it’s a lot of work to keep it looking fresh and natural. Tatiana always takes her time, pays close attention to detail, and makes sure the color is absolutely perfect every single time. On top of that, she styled my daughter’s hair for prom, and it came out absolutely stunning, elegant, soft, and exactly what we envisioned. Tatiana has a calm, professional presence and a true talent for what she does. Whether it’s monthly maintenance or a special occasion, I can’t recommend her enough. She’s a total gem! 5+stars!!!

Ridiculous service and policy. Super unprofessional and would never go there again. I have been there few times due to convenient location and this time I called for an appointment for next day and girl on the phone immediately gave me an appointment and asked for card number, she said they need to have card on file for all the appointment and never mentioned anything about cancellation policy. I gave her card number and told what if I won’t make it since I have situation arise due to young kids but she said she will put notes and again never mentioned anything about cancellation policy. I had to call within 2 hours to cancel the appointment and that’s when the harassment started,, they won’t come on phone and AI generated answers and when finally owner called I mentioned that I put note that I may not make it no one told me anything about charge, she was rude, unprofessional and had no etiquette to talk to customer. She lied on my face, I even mentioned that I come there regularly and you should consider since no one mentioned anything when I booked the appointment and she rather arguing more and said it’s a policy, says who and how would you not tell your customer. They tricked you to take the card and charged. This is going to be a consumer service case but meanwhile be aware if they ask for card. Lastly, they said it’s on Facebook, what if I don’t use Facebook. Ridiculous arguments and service, never going there again. To add on, My husband also had bad service experience last time he went and he has bad cut as well as skin issue after color.

Ellison did a great job. She is truly professional in her field. I am always happy with the result . Come and see , you will never be disappointed. Ellison is amazing. Definitely coming back.
