2025-12-09I’m unsure of how to feel about this place. I’m never really one to complain. It’s very clean and beautiful. I was happy I was able to get a walk in pedicure. Unfortunately, the service I got didn’t match the description of the task on their website. She didn’t use hot stones and barely made me feel relaxed which was disappointing. I’ve been stressed with work and school and was hoping to get a little relief from treating myself. The pedicure felt very rushed. A facility should be held accountable for what they advertise. Nails were painted okay. I also understand the policy of taking gel polish being an extra change, I had ONE full toe that had gel on it because I tried everything to get it off my nails, she said it was totally fine. I didn’t think the 30 seconds she took to take it off was worth an extra charge, but what do I know?

2025-07-20Palette Nsil and spa is the best. Beautiful place very clean and organized. Very friendly people.i love Dee she’s the best and takes good care of me. I’m sure everyone is great but have only had her. I highly recommend this place for nails and pedicures and they do great designs hard to find elsewhere.

I have visited a few times since moving and have had a good experience each time with manicures and pedicures. The pricing is also great and they have a huge selection of colors!
