2024-07-25I just wanted to speak on the professionalism at Krista Michele Salon! This was a color correction, and top to bottom, I felt heard and the color was corrected. I was taken in within a reasonable amount of time and Desiree worked her magic! I was a little frustrated but the entire color correction process was explained thoroughly, expectations were managed, and I left very happy. Thank you for everything! The first two photos were the before and following three were the after.
