She’s professional, friendly, and somehow makes the whole experience comfortable and way less painful than I ever expected. Alex pays attention to every detail and never rushes. I always leave feeling confident, smooth, and cared for. It honestly feels more like visiting a friend who just happens to be incredible at her job. If you’re looking for the best waxer out there, Alex is the one. I won’t go to anyone else!
