I’ve been going here for the past 2 years and it’s always a great experience! They take their time and make sure your nails are perfect and exactly what you want. Most appointments I get Jimmy and he’s definitely the best by far. Great atmosphere and great service!!!

Could not be more impressed with Jimmy’s work. He has perfected the almond shape for me, which seems hard to come by at the previous salons I’ve been to. Very friendly, pays attention to every detail, and wants to make sure he gives you exactly what you’re looking for. You can tell he’s really putting the effort in with this business and wants everyone to be aware of what they have to offer. Definitely worth looking into, for a salon with so much talent and care!

I’m never the type to leave a review but I have been going to pro nails and spa for almost 3 years now. Jimmy does excellent work and has been doing my nails for over the past couple of years. I went in today and I was with Jenny. She’s honestly so nice and she is so gentle when she does your nails and gives you exactly what you want. I was super satisfied and super happy with the results that I got and I will still continuously come here.

I went to this salon for the first time based on a friend’s recommendation for a specific nail designer, Maria. I asked for her, but a man insisted on doing my nails instead. I explained that it was my first time getting my nails done and asked questions during the process, but he seemed uncomfortable answering and made me feel awkward for asking. I requested a French manicure, he made it too thick. When I mentioned this, he became defensive, telling me everyone loves his work and questioning how I could dislike it. He told me the price would be $70, but at the end charged me $82, saying he used different products—something he never informed me about beforehand. Overall, I left unsatisfied with the nails, the lack of communication, and the unexpected extra charge.

I wasn't going to write this review because I hate to give businesses a bad review, but I have been so upset since Friday when I got my pedicure done there and I hope people who may have the same person don't make the same mistake of staying put. The man who did my nails cut me three times and was rushing so much and was terribly rough. It was the worst and most painful experience I have ever had in a nail salon. I was kind of in shock during the whole ordeal. I don't know why I didn't get up and leave after the first time he broke skin, I am so mad at myself for staying in the chair. I am nervous I am going to get an infection. I went here because I saw so many great reviews, but I didn't see the few that sounded like people had a similar experience to mine.
