Ally is absolute phenomenal! I’ve never had nails that compare to hers! She’s super accommodating when it comes to appointments and very personable while getting your nails done! Personally, I have curved nail beds, but I absolutely hate when my nails curve, that’s no problem for Ally, She always makes sure that my nails come out straight every time! Every design she does comes out amazing, even the most crazy, dramatic, super meticulous ones that I choose! I’ve truly never had a bad set by her!

I recently came to this shop because my nail tech moved here and I am in love!! Not only is the shop very welcoming, but it is also very clean! I got a pedicure and a full set by my girl Ally and she’s AMAZING! The shape is perfect and the designs are exactly what I wanted. If you’re looking for a new nail tech who ALWAYS gets it right, stop in and see Ally!

I normally like coming here & have been for a while. Today when I came the lady who did my nails had no patience. She didn’t really soak my nails and filed them extra thin (I get dip powder). The shape is just really bad. But the main issue is she was super rough and cut my skin up really bad. The shape is all wonky, my skin is messed up, and I paid $45 to have cuts all over my skin. Super disappointed because I normally love it here.

WOW! If I could give Gloss Nail Bar a 10 star review I would! The owners, Tyler and Ruby, are CONSTANTLY going above and beyond for their customers. My mom and I have been going here since the day it open and never have had a bad experience. We drive well over 30 mins to get to Gloss Nail Bar passing MANY other nail places along the way, and I will continue to do this. If you are looking for a nail tech with great customer service and amazing work this is the place to go. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Can’t speak for the place as a whole but after my experience with one technician, I will not be back. Booked an appointment for tips with dip online (been getting this for years elsewhere before moving to the area and it was an option on the website to select) and the tech refused to do tips w dip saying that it wasn’t possible? Not sure why it’s listed on the website if you can’t do it? Also, if it was just that tech that can’t then why was I given to that tech instead of someone who can or is willing to? Once she finally stopped arguing with me about what I wanted and I gave in, she then just started putting stuff on my nails. No prep whatsoever. My cuticles weren’t touched and the gel color I was forced into getting wasn’t even painted to the bottom of my nail in the first place. I truly wish id taken a photo the day I got them done but I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. This photo is ONE WEEK after getting them done. My nails don’t grow fast and typically when I get them done at a salon I can go 4 weeks without them looking grown out like this. Also, all of my nails were cut & shaped to noticeably different lengths. She didn’t even try to compare them to make them match. There was absolutely no attention to detail - she wanted me in and out. Very disappointed with the turn out for the money and time I spent.
