I only went to this vivi nails because I had been given a gift card and I am very disappointed. I got a full regular nail polish set which was originally $40. My total came out to $60 dollars. At my other nail spot the any type of design is a $5 add on. Not only do the dots look like my five year old sister did them he charged me an extra $15 for the dots and five dollars for the shape. In my opinion they don’t look anything like the photo I showed. When I asked why it was priced this way I was rudely answered. If you are looking for a place to start getting your nails done I would absolutely not choose this place.

I first met linda years ago and I have been getting my nails done by Linda ever since (12+ years). I have followed her to every location because Linda is just amazing. She has been doing my mother and sister’s nails for as long as she’s been doing mine. Linda listens to your ideas, your needs and provides exceptional service; she delivers every time. Her attention to detail and making sure I leave comfortable is always her top priority. I am a creature of habit so I always get soft pink natural looking nails, but Linda inspires me to go out of my comfort zone and I always leave feeling completely satisfied. She truly loves what she does and you can tell. Thank you Linda for all that you do! I’d recommend her to any and everyone.

I recently visited Vivi nail and spa for a refill and was quite disappointed with the service. The staff was polite but failed to address the issues I encountered. After a few days, 8 nails fell off. When I contacted the salon to discuss this, they were unwilling to stand by their service. As a customer, I expect a certain level of quality and accountability, which, unfortunately, was not met at this establishment. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a nail salon that values its customers and stands by the quality of their work.

Been going to this nail spa since it opened. I love the quality, personal attention and professionalism. They always accomplish the designs I envision. I’m happy to support a small business in my community. I highly recommend this nail spa.

Vivi nails does the best nails, has the best prices, and the best nail techs! They always accommodate my busy schedule and take me as a walk in. Their goal is for you to feel comfortable, and walk out happy which I always do, and that why I always return to Vivi nails. I'd highly recommend giving them a try if you are looking for a good nail place in the area for a good rate.
