I love it here, could spend 8 hours easily. It’s super clean, super comfortable and the food is yummy! I always get a deep tissue and foot massage, next time I will be trying a body scrub too! Just purchased a 10 visit package and I’m sure it’ll be worth every penny.

Unfortunately, this was the first and last time my husband and I visited this Spa&Sauna. I thought there would be a large communal pool where we could swim. The saunas&spa are very small, and there are essentially no different types of saunas; they're all the same, just with different temperatures. We've been to several saunas&spa, and I can say this one is the most unacceptable. Another huge downside is that women walk around completely naked, not to mention that it's indecent, and everyone should have the right to wear a swimsuit or not. It's also very unhygienic to have seven or more people in a small spa/jacuzzi with children jumping in the water. When a person is barefoot, a woman's private area can easily become contaminated with various germs and infections. I'm sorry, but it's completely unacceptable that you don't allow people to be in bathing suits, and the mandatory rule that everyone must be naked is wrong and should be the person's choice whether to be naked or stay in their underwear.

I was hesitant to visit because there are a lot of “Karen” views on here. I’m glad I followed my gut and went anyways I spent 8 hours there and feel like a new person after a long year. Ignore the negative reviews and GO TREAT YOURSELF! I enjoy the concept of traditional korean bathhouses the community aspect and the respect for silence and self care. I appreciated that there were many asians here, while still having some western vibes and visitors. I always think if a person from that culture isn’t a customer there then it’s not a quality service. This is definitely a quality spa. I can’t wait to go back. I brought my own korean scrub cloth to scrub down after the sauna and spa, bought them in bulk on amazon awhile ago but they also have them for purchase. I brought my own big water bottle in and face mask in and it was no problem. I’ve been having a lot of skin issues both facial and body after moving from the high humidity of florida back to the dry northeast winter. My skin is glowing after 8 hours here and putting my korean skin care on at the end of the day here felt wayyyyy more effective. And Jollibee 8 minutes down the road for dinner after you leave? Can’t beat it. Had a full asian invasion day and loved it. Addressing negative reviews: I enjoy nude beaches both in the states and internationally so the nudity was no problem for me it was very relaxing. I also didn’t realize how much we don’t see natural bodies anymore. As someone who was in middle school when IG came out it was refreshing to see natural bodies of all ages and cultures instead of the fake nonsense we are shown on social media and in the entertainment industry. I will say while I consider myself sexually fluid and open, the idea of seeing male anatomy on the women’s side was less relaxing but thankfully I did not experience that. I understand access to bathroom and locker rooms but in a spa atmosphere where you are naked for an extend period of time to me the optics are just different. I would say even if you are new to nudity there were women of all levels of comfortability there. Some like me walking around and laying nude and others who wore their towels from each location and while relaxing. So whatever your preference is you should feel welcomed. I didn’t experience any issues with phone use. I found it nice to be without my phone and around women. There were much more natural conversations and atmosphere without phones present. It was really refreshing. As far as noise I went at 12pm and it was pretty loud with groups of friends who had come together as the evening rolled around at 6pm everyone was more silent and had come alone obviously winding down for bed. I enjoyed both atmospheres. It was nice to chat with other women earlier in the day and then collectively relax later. Went on a weekday and it was still moderately crowded, not sure I would enjoy a weekend that was busier. The common area is louder as noise carriers from the juice bar and restaurant on either side. I got ramen and a smoothie and they were both well portioned for price and really good. I thought the temperatures of everything was spot on. The hot tubs hot and the cold plunge cold. Everything was spotless especially the floors even though I brought socks it was very clean. I fell asleep on the chairs before realizing there was a whole sleeping room so definitely check that out for a nap if you are spending the day. I found the attendants to be very kind, respectful, and helpful. You get treated how you treat others so I’ll just say that. They were very helpful with all my questions. The one took all this time to schedule a service for me and then let me cancel an hour before because I decided I couldn’t stay that late. A++++ to all the young ladies who were working the women’s bath house yesterday. They stay on top of the chemicals as well. I am a certified pool operator and all the water quality was perfect. No funkiness and they treated and closed all of them for a few minutes in the evening to ensure water quality. I really appreciated that.

I came here today for the first time at the suggestion of a friend. This place is amazing! I spent 10 hours here and it flew by. I feel so relaxed and rejuvenated. I will definitely visit again soon.

Very nice spa experience! I removed 2 stars because sometimes is complicated to find an empty spot to rest, some customers don't realize that this is a shared space and if you're not using it allow someone else to use it. It took me like 30 minutes to find an available spot to rest. Came back and hour later and even I've asked the ladies on the massage front desk... their answer was first come first serve they can't control what people leaves on the resting chairs.
