This is my favourite place to get my nails done. I have been coming here for almost a year! The staff is all so amazing and super talented. I mean look at the pumpkin she drew free hand! Special shout out to LINDA, CINDY and HANNA they are absolute professionals just let them do their magic and if you are unhappy they will redo a part of your nail that you didn’t like. They even stayed a little after hours to finish my nails and didn’t even hurry or tried to rush me or any customers. Summer, Mia and Joanna and everyone else you guys keep the place happy and welcoming. ♥️

⭐️⭐️ (2/5)- for reference my appointment was on Tuesday September 23rd and there was only two other customers in the salon at this time. I came in for a spa pedicure and chose the Jasmine Pedicure ($55). The service included wax on the bottoms of my feet and a 15-minute massage, but unfortunately, I never received the hot stone massage that was advertised. My nail tech, Linda, was very sweet and kind, but she didn’t speak English, which made it difficult to explain what was missing. When I tried to get someone else’s attention to help, no one really assisted. On top of that, there were unexpected charges. I had asked for a regular manicure (additional $20), but they started prepping me for a gel manicure instead. I was also told—while already seated—that it would be $10 extra to remove gel polish, which wasn’t mentioned at the start. At checkout, they tried to charge me $65 ($55 pedicure + $10 gel removal) even though I didn’t receive the hot stone massage. When I explained this, the clerk simply repeated the price and offered for me to get the stones after everything was finished, which made no sense. She then handed me a 10% off coupon, but by then I was frustrated. The salon itself is very clean and the staff seem nice, but be very clear about what service you’re getting and the final price before they begin. Otherwise, you may end up with surprise charges or missing parts of your service.

Went to the salon with my daughter’s. I never left After a pedicure with rougher fee, then when I entered. My job was rushed and for the price they charge. I am just dissatisfied. My daughter‘s nails look like she did it herself. I barely got a foot massage and not once did the technician asked me how I like the temperature in my water for my feet. Again, I wouldn’t complain if this was a cheap pedicure, but this is an expensive place.

I visited Onyx Nail Salon & Spa for the first time and had an amazing experience. The pedicure was gentle and relaxing, and the tech was so patient. I also got a full set — the nail tech was kind, informative, and took her time. My nails and feet look fantastic. Highly recommend!

This was my second visit at Onyx. Linda was very meticulous when she did my full set of gel tips which I appreciated. I was very happy with the end result. Summer also did a fantastic job with my pedicure. Will be coming back and referencing them both for repeat services!
