2025-08-16UPDATE 8/15/2025: I went back and had them redone by Jay. He was excellent and very detailed oriented and made them look natural. I am very pleased with the professional care Irene took to correct this issue. I will recommend Donna Nails & Lashes to everyone. I am going to get my nails done here again and make sure I schedule for Jay or Bryann, who did an amazing job on my sisters nails. 8/11/2025 I went in for a full set acrylic tips with dip powder. Poor workmanship. The technician did not even perform a basic manicure prior to applying tips and dip powder. Definitely not worth the price I paid. This nail salon was highly recommended to me by my sister. l, of course, will not be returning.Tech, Ashley, even filed my right thumb which drew blood and is very sore. With that said, this does not reflect the other technicians in the salon. Many have proven to be well skilled in this profession. F.Y.I. steer clear of Ashley

2025-09-11I went here for the first time because I couldn’t get in with my usual place. I read good reviews and heard good things. Was not my experience. For the first time ever, and I have been getting manicures for 30 years, I was cut so badly and bleeding around my nail bed on my littler finger. It is stinging and painful. I just hope it doesn’t turn into an Infection. Not to mention the job was super sloppy and looks awful. I appreciated the manager comped me, but I will not return after this. And I am surprised by the good reviews.

2025-06-21I am SO PLEASED with my nails! Chloe did an incredible job with my shape, dip, and nail design! She is so incredibly talented with nail design! Donna’s is so clean and peaceful! It is the perfect place for a busy mom to get a relaxing manicure! I will definitely come back!
