I had been hopping around salons for 4 years when I found Prizm nails and knew it was immediately different. Every time I go in I get exceptional service. The team are great with any design and always accomplish my inspo. I always have great conversations with the staff during my services as well. Laura is a master - efficient and artistic!

Paola is an absolute perfectionist when it comes to nails. Her work is super precise, impeccably clean, and carried out with a calm confidence that instantly makes you feel you’re in the best possible hands. She never rushes — every cuticle, every shape, every stroke of polish is done with surgical attention to detail. The finish she creates is simply perfect: smooth, glossy, beautifully shaped, and incredibly elegant. My nails have honestly never looked better. They look refined, polished, and perfectly aligned with the aesthetic quality that Prizm is known for. What I appreciate most is her ability to combine technical excellence with artistry. She understands nail structure, symmetry, and color harmony, and the result is a manicure that lasts, shines, and feels luxurious. Paola turns a simple manicure into a pampering, meticulous beauty ritual. I recommend her wholeheartedly — she is exceptional.

First and last time, very disappointed in the quality. Long story short, 3 of 5 fingers don't match the other hand, 2 fingers are weirdly shaped, the nails are very thick, and the underneath of the nails need the plastic trimmed (see photos) When I first went in I had an appointment with this one lady, no idea on the names, no one introduced themselves. She was rubbing this customer's legs while trying to talk to me about my appointment. It was off putting and she just was not nice and sounded done with being there. I had to explain twice I wanted acrylics. I had questions about different options for the design and couldn't talk to her about them since she was busy. When I finally had her, she then told me I should do this plastic nail that just glues on. I thought maybe nails have gotten fancier and it'd be similar, she didn't explain any details about it. I said sure and she quickly pushed me off to another worker. I truly think she just didn't want to be there or do acrylics. She left right away afterwards to be on her phone. So for the new lady that did my nails, I had questions about the new type the other lady told me to do. I asked if they'd be hard like acrylics and she said not really and they're also not heat resistant. Those nails would warp from being in a jacuzzi or just cooking so I said no that won't work.... she ended up doing a gel/acrylic hybrid (what she called it). I like her as a person, she just doesn't do good work. She spent time putting fingers next to each other to match so I thought they did. It wasnt until I got to my car I noticed how uneven, lumpy, thick, and mismatched they were. I immediately called somewhere else to make an appointment else where to fix.

I’ve been going to Prizm for the past 8 months and i absolutely love it there. The women are so nice and welcoming. Jessica never disappoints! She always amazes me and delivers no matter how crazy my ideas are. She does such an amazing job I can go at least 4 weeks with no breakage or lifting! BEST SALON IN TOWN!

Stopped by after brunch and it was divine! Atención en español e inglés. So welcoming and comfortable. Thank you Jennifer, Delilah, Laura, and Liz for a wonderful afternoon. Will be back! Different daily discounts and good hours ♡
