I had such a great experience at Alpha Nails! The salon is clean, bright, and welcoming the moment you walk in. The staff is friendly, professional, and really takes their time to make sure you leave happy. My nails turned out exactly how I wanted—smooth, even, and beautifully shaped. They pay close attention to detail and make sure everything looks perfect before you leave. I also appreciated how relaxing the atmosphere was; it never felt rushed, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. Whether you’re getting a simple manicure or something more detailed, you can tell they truly care about their work. Sophia did a great job! It was so easy to check in. Sophia helped me pick out my colors and suggested a cute Halloween design. The prices were fair. I would definitely suggest this place for future nail services.

*UPDATED* second trip was just as excellent. The dip manicure is beautiful and I love all of the color options!! Ann did a wonderful job on my nails. First time I’ve had a dip manicure done.

I booked a nail appointment with Trinh originally for a new acrylic set with a design. When I got there she introduced me to a new option of gel-extensions to which I absolutely adore! I wanted to treat myself to a new set for my birthday, but they are also very elegant for my sister’s wedding coming up. I have been to alpha nails before and they just keep getting better! 10/10 recommend for any service they offer. I’m coming back in two days to get a pedicure with my mom! Absolutely the best staff.

Not only is Krystal the best, but this people at Alpha Nails are so so welcoming! The area is super clean and wonderful. Every time I get my nails done by Krystal I am ALWAYS impressed! This is my absolute favorite nail place in Springfield.
