2025-10-09I called to ask if walkin appointments were available and when the call was answered all I got was a flat, “HELLO.” They did a great job helping me pick out colors for what I wanted. Ended up getting full dip on my fingernails, loved it… then came the design😤. I only wanted a simple flower in the middle of each nail. The tech did one hand and had me check… it was the quality of an elementary school child, but I asked her to change them. It looked kind of better, but very sloppy overall on the flower design. I chose the dip powder because I was told it would last 2-3 weeks… but here we are SIX DAYS LATER and already chipped. Dip and a design was about $10-$20 more than your plain manicure. If a nail tech is shown a design she cannot do… then say you can’t do it instead of doing a half effort job. I will not be returning. Luckily I have an orange nail polish that matches the orange nail, the tip is where I fixed it… Overall, customer service was basic and the service of a mani pedi was subpar.

2025-07-09My husband and I got pedicures and loved the service! They were very thorough and service was great. My nail tech gave a great calf massage and took the time to dig out an ingrown toenail where normally nail techs leave them. Very happy and would come here again!!!

2025-05-14I had been a few times and had women nail techs who were decent and kind. This time I had a man who made me bleed and the style was strange. I offered feedback and he didn't seem happy to fix. So I just stayed quiet after.
