Pure Nail Bar- Best Nail Salon

I made an appointment with Josh online for 6 pm Friday. I booked my appointment 2 days in advanced. I drove over an hour because I was looking for the right nail tech, by word of mouth as well. Not only was Josh not at my appointment to do my nails, he didn’t even have the courtesy to call and cancel or let me know he was leaving work early. This place is absurd to treat customers this way especially someone who is willing to drive an hour. EXTREMELY disappointed! Have the courtesy to call people and let them know you are leaving early!

I think I was overcharged.. I’m only giving 2 stars because of this. My daughter who is 11 wanted almond shaped gel dipped. Then she wanted some white flowers on every nail. I asked the lady how much when we first got there she said $35. I said well she wants flowers to, she said ok same.. I was surprised so I said I’m gonna get mine done to. I figured it would be a little more for mine because my nails are bigger. I noticed it taking a while for him to do hers and I asked several times throughout the process if that was the same price and again that’s what the lady told me. At checkout though I got a huge surprise when they charged me $80 for hers!!! They said because it was added length, gel dipped and custom design… I didn’t want to embarrass anyone so I paid it but I’d do tell the girl that was not at all what I was told and I asked several times about the cost. This was her first time getting nails done and my first time getting gel dipped, I seen another customer who had a gel fill in repair which took 2 hours and it was quite extensive and they only charged her $50… I feel like we was taken advantage of and lied to because we were new to this. They did do a great job, but I won’t go back unless I CLEARLY am told the correct amount. And looking at reviews they charged me for what a pedi and manicure cost and we didn’t even have a pedi done. Hers which is the blue was $80 mine was $45.

Every single time I’ve made an appt with Lynn , my appt some how never get done and she always doing something else and I have to see someone else . 10/10 do not recommend anymore . Used to be my fave .

This was my first visit and I was blown away. The customer service was outstanding. My nails turned out perfect and glossy. I’ll be a regular from now on!

The techs are all great! I see Anna all the time and she does a fabulous job. She's even great in doing nail designs.
