Nail Lounge

I have been to this salon a few times now, and I will be going back regularly! My fingernails are thin, frail and I have a couple that are permanently damaged. I recently had a manicure anyway, and I am ASTONISHED at the results! The tech recommended a hybrid gel application. I was skeptical but wow - I can't stop admiring my nails. They have literally never looked so good! It's been almost a week now and they still look perfect. They feel strong and I can already see growth. I'll be back on a regular schedule from now on! If you are looking for a great place for manicures and pedicures in the Maryville area, look no further! (One tip - eat before you go. They love to show cooking videos and you WILL get hungry!)

I use to brag about this place, I finally found a salon that does great quality nails and they stay on for a long time..BUT when I tell you I have NEVER experienced this kind of disrespect from a business.. he took 30 mins to glue my my nails on and I could tell this was probably gonna turn out bad.. he ripped half of my finger nail off because the nails were glued and he kept taking them off and replacing them over and over so my Nail started to bleed and I said omg that hurt so bad and he tried to do it again and I said no just forget it that was so painful I’ve never had to go through that..my nails were crooked/sloped so I kindly mentioned it to him (I’ve never seen this guy in there and he was rushing the entire time) he told me my fingers were crooked that’s why the tip was filed crooked and I told him I have never seen my nails like this and they were extremely bulky with lumps in them, and the top was thin and uneven I’m not even picky I usually just bite my tounge.. but the prices are going up and I finally spoke up, he got offended and wanted to take them off I told him that was fine, his wife I believe, asked to see them I showed her and he raised his voice and told me not to show her she didn’t do my nails he did, he’s been doing nails 8 years and went on and on disrespectfully about how it’s not his problem, I told him I was being nice to him about it but first of all I’m grown, I’m a paying customer, I’m not his wife so he is not going to disrespect me I’m not about to pay $60 to go Home and fix his mistake at this point they need to pay me instead. He insisted he fix them and I told him they cannot be fixed I don’t even want them and one by one he aggressively filed them down to the length I didn’t even want.. I left upset and I even took a picture to show the guy how crooked they were but he insisted it was the way I was looking at them as if I have never had my nails done before!! im not stupid, I’m not a punching bag, Idk if they are racist towards white people or just women in general but that’s The vibes I got. I’m not about to support a business that treats paying customers like crap. I’ll take my money elsewhere

I usually really love this place, I have never had a bad experience. I will start off by saying this time that I went my 4 year old daughter and I had a blast and everyone was so so kind and I loved how the design came out. HOWEVER, 5 days later I have already had a nail fall off and several others look and feel like they are lifting/ about to fall off. The lady who did my nails this time didn’t push back my cuticles resulting in the application being down further than usual, so they already look super grown out. I got them done April 23rd, today is April 28th. I will attach pictures of when they were first done and today. I am not rough on my nails by any means and I am hoping we can make this right.

If you tell them what you want, they will deliver. I have not once left unsatisfied. This is the only place in maryville I'll go to. Ever since I moved here it was so hard to.fond somewhere where the nail techs actually listen and try their very best.

Always great service! Everyone is super friendly and even remembers to ask about family members if they're not with me. Acrylic nails last a long time and are not thick. Pedicure massage is always relaxing. Detail on painted nails always come out beautiful. Reasonably price.
