T&T Nail Spa

I am not one to post reviews… but these are my nails after 5 days… and I should’ve posted a picture sooner. They started chipping ONE day after getting them done. This is powder dip…. I went one time right before new years as I could not get an apt at my usual nail salon, and they chipped within 2-3 days but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Went back last week, same scenario, and chipping within a couple of days. I would NOT recommend this nails salon, lesson learned

About 9 months ago, I started hopping around salons trying to find a great nail tech for gel mani/pedis. Most were average at best—until I found Jess. I’ve seen her at least 7–8 times now, and every single visit has been flawless. She’s meticulous, takes her time, and the quality of her work speaks for itself. Beyond her skill, Jess is just an all-around gem. She picks up on my mood and always knows whether I’m in the mood to chat or if I just want to unwind quietly. And the icing on the cake? Her massages are incredible. Highly recommend booking with her—you won’t be disappointed!

It's 10:30pm and my nails were done at 1pm (forst two photos)... the man that did them (Tony the owner) was not kind, was huffing and puffing, and absolutely rushing as fast as he could and making it clear he did not want to work on my nails. I scheduled my appointment in advance for a manicure and did not receive one; only a polish change.. he even confirmed I came in for a manicure when I walked in. I didnt want to push further asking for an actual manicure since he was in such a rush as it was.. super disappointed. The women who have done my nails before were wonderful.... forget about his temperament and rushing, if the nails lookd good or at least the polish stayed on my fingers I would not be typing this post. Update: the last two photos are from not even 48 hours of wear... how in the world can it possibly be this bad??? Note: I work an office job with no trauma to my hands throughout the day so there's no way this kind of peeling should be happening!?

Gel polish chipped less than 24 hrs after going there. The nails were not what I wanted when I left but let it go. The polish wasn’t applied to the sides of the nails. This happened on Christmas Eve, so I understand not being able to get it fixed in a reasonable time. They did call me back after I sent an email with a picture, but did not offer a refund as I let them know I was at work then fly out the next day so I won’t be able to return to get it fixed. The appropriate way to fix the situation would’ve been a refund and apology. I will have to find another salon nearby for future services.

Helen and everyone there is absolutely amazing. She made me feel so good and did the best job and a very much needed a relaxing few hours to myself. Definitely will be back!
