Chau's Nail

came for a fill two days ago, as you can see I’ve broke two nails already because they were filed down so thin and not enough acrylic was laid back down. They are way too thin. One nail on my other hand still intact is already lifting. Very upsetting for paying $60 !!! Im giving two stars because customer service over all was great. Just wish if you couldn’t do a foreign fill or had a hard time with that we could’ve done a soak off a done a whole fresh new set. :(

I don't indulge in nail salons often or even every year, but when I do, for the past 15 years I seek out the owner of this salon. Never let me down on quality and care. I always feel appreciated and pampered! Thank you!

Always an amazing experience! I love everyone here! They are friendly, kind, and do a high quality job. I am always pleased with my nails and service. They even welcome my kids when I need to bring them in a pinch. I’ve been coming here for over a year. They are professional and now feel like family. Sam and Lyn usually help me! My nails are always beautiful and long lasting! 10/10 Highly recommend.

Got my nails done here. Overpriced, and got a severe toe infection because they do not disinfect their tools. Good job, reported you to the health department too.

I will start by saying we were a walk in with no appointments. I took my niece there for a day of pampering. She got a full set with a design and the guy did a wonderful job on her nails. I personally just got a gel manicure. I feel as though the bare minimum was given and the bottle of product used with my polish appeared very old. I was originally very satisfying with the nice thick layers of the gel to ensure durability and longevity but by the next day my polish was cracked everywhere and pretty disappointed in the final product. They were not rude and seemed to be short staffed so I don’t want to just rant on them but think some upgrades to the products and service would be beneficial.
