Allison is a miracle worker! I’ve been going to her for massages for years and should’ve left a review sooner. But yesterday I woke up with such bad foot pain I was unable to walk. Urgent care told me it’s tendonitis. Luckily I happened to have a massage scheduled with Allison today and she really worked on my calf/foot and my pain improved sooo much! Literally won’t ever go to anyone else for a massage!

Simply do not go here. It is dangerous. I had an IV drip last month and the nurse pumped the bag aggressively to make the drip go faster and then left the room. I was calling for her, as she said she’d be outside the door, and she was nowhere to be found. I had to call the front desk. The fluids went in so fast that I could barely breathe and my collar bone area was bubbling. A simple Google search will tell you that this can be fatal. Receiving fluids at a fast pace can cause the fluid to infiltrate your organs, lungs and heart mainly, and cause cardiac arrest amongst other things. My blood pressure was high, I was dizzy, and it felt like I had 300 pounds on my chest. I was also coughing because if I tried to take a breath in, I couldn’t. The nurse told me this has happened before also. So then, why are you still administering fluids so fast?! I ended up having to go to urgent care later because it wasn’t getting better and I was scared. The doctors there were stunned that I received 1000ml of fluids in under 31 minutes. I had to have a chest xray to make sure my lungs did not have fluid in them and an EKG to check my heart. I was told this could have long term effects and that I need to follow up regularly with my doctor. I kept the nurse informed and she was to have her medical director or owner call me. I figured I should at least get the $150 back for the IV. She agreed. Now, 3 weeks later I finally get a call from Jennah, the owner, and she was unbelievably rude. She kept interrupting me saying that “protocol was followed”. What protocol?! It is DANGEROUS to administer fluids that fast. Period. I told her that I felt I should get the money for the IV back, especially now that I have a chest xray and EKG to pay for on top of urgent care copay and she said “yes you do”. Don’t waste your money. It could cost your life and they wouldn’t care one bit.

Claire was wonderful with helping us set up our appointments! She took the time to make sure all 4 of us could get our massages and mani/ pedis scheduled. We look forward to coming this weekend to celebrate my mom’s birthday!!
