Glamour Nails

Everyone there was extremely nice, but my acrylics were not what I asked for or done well. The acrylic itself is too thick and was not cleaned up underneath. I had to unstick the acrylic from my skin when I got home, and there is still some on my skin. Each nail is shaped slightly differently and not the shape I asked for. The acrylic itself is uneven and bulging in spots. Even the gel is separating and peeling even though I got it done less than 24 hours ago. My cuticles are destroyed and many of them have open wounds now. I might have been able to get them fixed if I said something at the end, but I didn’t notice most of it until I was already at home. I was also just trying to get out of there as soon as possible because I was upset. I will be getting them redone somewhere else very soon.

Never will I go in this place again! Pricing menu outdated. Didn’t have all scents they offered. Pedicure was subpar. My big toe has a split and she filed it down unevenly. Nail polish is on my skin over my toes. Then I sit down to get nails down. The man was RUDE! He had my wrist on top of a canister. Nothing nice and cushion for my wrist. Tried to ask him about that and what he was doing and nothing. Then he doesn’t wipe off the dust so I slap my hands to do it and he walks away. I left without getting my nails done.

The team at Glamour Nails are all qualified nail technicians. They are professional and polite. Katy was amazing and did exactly what I asked for.

I have been using Katy at Glamour Nails for a while now and she always does amazing work!! Excellent job on my nails and my toes.
