Universal Nail Salon

Best full set and pedi I’ve had in a long time! We walked in the day before to make an appointment. When I came in the next day they greeted me by my first name and got right to work! Frank shaped my nails perfectly. They had no bumps and his wife hand painted the white tips! I got engaged the same day and I couldn’t be happier with my nails and toes! The customer service was amazing as they were so friendly and kind! Will definitely be back and converting my girls to customers of theirs!

I called in this salon for a last minute appointment for my wedding because the previous salon I went to messed up my nails really bad. Melissa got me in immediately and was the sweetest lady I have ever met. She made my nails so perfect for my wedding and was great company while getting them done. I truly have loved my experience at Universal nails.

Just moved to the area and decided to give them a try. Went back for a fill in on my nails & toes & got treated with so much disrespect. The guy with the glasses was not open to my concept & design and decided that I was a know it all and told me to go else where all while offering my seat to another customer who had just walked in. Very low frequency energy & establishment.

Great prices and great hospitality. I really enjoyed talking to the owners and they were very personable. My nails came out the greatest I’ve ever gotten. I’m from Virginia/DC area and I would prefer to come back here for my nails.

Absolutely loved my experience. I walked in with no appointment and they squeezed me in. I noticed they called all the clientele by their first name. They even brought a birthday gift basket for one of the ladies. I spoke with Frank when he was doing my nail and he said they had been in business for over 30 years and most were regulars. I have never felt more comfortable at a nail salon. They did not rush and made sure I was comfortable. Not to mention I’ve never been happier with my nails.
