CUTE NAILS & SPA

i've not been this upset with service in a long time. when the man was removing my polish with a drill, I let him know that He was hurting me; he kept on. He did not turn down the drill and then act as if he was angry with me and call for another technician to finish my nails. She asked if I wanted them cut down I said yes, they are lopsided. I just told her to finish my manicure and I was leaving without polish. I paid for my service and left.

Horrible service ,I went in at 5:30 on July 9th. . I had Annie do my nails and i asked for french but after her and another lady were talking about other customers and how they didn’t feel like doing certain things she then asked me to just get a plain color… I said yes and got white GEL. It was rushed and there was a brush bristol was painted over in my nail. Hue did my pedicure and did a good job. At 6:38 I was the only customer left and they turned all the tvs off and started sweeping and mopping. They do not close until 7 pm. I asked to use the 20% off coupon they texted out that says it expires July 14 and I was told that it is expired. Not even 24 hours later I woke up and my right thumb is chipped. Gel should not be chipping especially after not even a day.

THE BEST LOOKING SPA!!!! Not Even being dramatic when I say you feel like you are walking into a castle!!! The service is quick and the staff is so precise with their work and so professional. The prices are great and the staff is very funny and really nice to talk with. You don’t ever feel judged which is a problem I’ve felt with in other nail places. GO TO THIS NAIL SPA YOU WONT REGRET IT💗

I went to cute nails in Hornlake about 2 weeks ago for the first time. I was telling the nail tect that I was looking for a good shop closer to home. He did pretty good so I told him I’d be back. I go in 11/21/25 at 5:54 (because I checked the time). I walk in and someone asks what I needed done. I replied a fill in and cut down. She then says “I’m sorry, we are not taking anymore customers”. Mind you, they close at 7!!! I walk out PISSED! I’m on the phone with my husband telling him what happened. He’s reeeally giving the the benefit of the doubt. He then decides to stop by the nail shop. By this time it’s about 6:20 something. He goes in (with me on the phone), and asks for a pedicure. Why they tall him “Ok, come on”. That pissed me off even more. I done bragged on these people, recommended, showed pics, and they do this?! And for what?? Bc they don’t have anyone to answer to? They just don’t care. I’m sure this review won’t do any good but I want people to know anyway. It’s sad! And for what?? Why would you turn me around and your website clearly promote that you have an hour left to serve people. Then offer to service my husband almost 30 minutes after you send me out!!! There’s nothing that can make me understand. Just when I thought it was the start of something good…yea, I won’t be back.
