Shout out to Michael for being awesome and gentle. I like the point system that they use and definitely encourages customers to come back again. Thanks for offering some water, and replenishing it too. That's a nice touch, especially as I was hot from my hot pedicure. It was my first time coming here, so The hot stones rubbing of my calves was a nice surprise. I fell asleep getting my pedicure and I wasn't even using the massage on chair. I really appreciate the service and felt they definitely earned their tip. Free parking in plaza parking lot

New favourite nail place that I will definitely be visiting regularly now! The place is so clean and organized. staff were friendly, professional and extremely talented. Prices are good too. Went for a refill on my hands and they were fast and efficient while paying attention to detail. Definitely trying a pedicure next time too

I’m very pleased with how my nails turned out. Donna did an excellent job and recreated the inspiration I provided perfectly. This was my first visit to the nail salon after more than a year without getting my nails done, and the experience was wonderful. The salon itself is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I had a great experience at KQ Nails Lounge today! I got a full set of acrylics and they turned out perfect. Definitely a 10/10. The quality of the work was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional. The salon was clean and comfortable, which made the whole visit even better. Have been going there since they opened and am starting to get extremely frustrated. The other day I had to stop the gentleman that was doing my pedicure bc he was digging in so hard and rough I started to bleed. Then the solar powder set I got for me and my daughter was way way over priced. 275 dollars for two sets two pedicures and I got my eye brows waxed, money isn’t an issue but it’s starting to feel like they are taking advantage . They say no tax if pay in cash but it’s just the sand my daughter nails were 95 and mine 75 how ? I got a design on one finger and she did on her hands where they said an extra 15 dollars how does 55 for a set then a design equal 95 it was nothing fancy and mine 75? Total 300 with tax … it just seems truly like they are starting to take advantage of loyal customers … think it’s time to move on . The white n pink is what I got the white n orange was what I wanted just coffin shaped and with pink. The air brushing isn’t even close . After being there 3 hours was just beyond over it at that point … very disappointed
