Went for a walk-in shellac manicure and had a great experience! I usually can’t find shellac manicures around this area so I was positively surprised. I think my manicurist was Carolin and she did a great job, the polish is evenly spread, she was very precise with the sides, and took good care of my cuticles:) would definitely recommend and will be coming back!

First let me state this experience was not all bad. My nails look amazing but my pedicure was subpar. My biggest concern is the dishonesty in the pricing or better yet the lack of explanation when chosing from THIER menu of things to get complete. I went and was seated immediately without an an appointment. Pedicure lasted about an hour with minimal scrubbing ( I'm assuming so you come back sooner). Polish was done neat and over all the look was what was desired. The lady who done my nails asked me what I would like. I picked off the sheet of their menu items and when she explained what she was doing her very next statement was "same cost". Mind you I have no issue paying for my nails as I have plenty of nail reviews on my page. I get them done often. I am new to the area and while going across the street for some time, I was never fully satisfied with the service so I decided to give this place a try. Everything came out nice bit I can absolutely say I felt like they over charged me. When asked about being doubled charged for a service they had on their menu they tried and feed me some bs about a discount. Still couldn't explain the extra 10 dollars. Overall I will not return to this nail shop but photos will show the tech dis a decent job on my manicure. PS: Filing of your nails back into the shape THEY ALREADY WERE was an extra 5 dollars. Definitely laughable but again quality good not worth the price.

Lovvve this place! The service is phenomenal 👏 🙌 and the prices are very reasonable! Worth the wait! 🤍 We will definitely be coming back! Ms.Suzanne did a great job! And was super friendly! Definitely found our new forever nail home! 🫶 Can't wait to try out their pedicures!

Love this place! Moved home for a bit and they are my go to! Ms Helen does great! But everyone who I have had there does exactly what I ask for and they are SO kind. I recommend making an appointment to avoid waiting!

Horrible pedicure attendant. Did not fix my nails. Left two crooked and was not willing to fix it. Nail polish on my all toes outside of the nails. Very sloppy work. I asked for the Deluxe. Typically the message of legs, hot towels, and stones are before the nails are polished and finished. The mail tech did not give me any messages. Charged me for the regular and extra for the gel nail. Highly disgusted with this place. I have never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon. To reply to the slick remark again being misunderstood. My complaint is about the service I received. Before the manager came over, the nail tech stated she understood what I was saying, but still continued to do a horrible job. The nail tech next to me doing my friend communicated well throughout the process. MY NAIL TECH DID NOT! And as far as the manager “FIXING” My nail, two swipes of filing is not fixing. So I suggest you take this review as a complaint and leave it there. You have a good day as well.
