The Lash Lounge

This is my 2nd time at the lash lounge, to get a lash lift and tint. I had Mykayla both times! She does a wonderful job of finding out what you want and offers suggestions. She does extremely well, making sure you are comfortable through the whole visit.I love my results! Mykala is fabulash, highly recommend!

I was recommended by my friend to try Lash Lounge and we are both pleased with OUR lash tech Lourdes. She's so sweet and thoughtful when it comes to making sure that we are pleased and beautiful when we walk out. Surprisedly we both have sensitivities that Lourdes make sure isn't triggered and we are both very thankful for this. I highly recommend her and her services; just don't book her up so much that we can't get to her, lol. Also it's a really peaceful/semi-quiet environment where you can even catch a quick adult nap with a blanket 🙌🏾 (adult naps are important, lol). - classic full set - refills

BEWARE!!! I do not recommend the Olive Branch location. During my visit, I overheard employees speaking negatively about another client who had to return from Oxford because her lashes were falling out. They continued to discuss her and the lash technician who performed her service, which made me extremely uncomfortable. Despite expressing my discomfort, the management insisted that I come back for additional service. I had booked a Volume set, which took three hours, but the results were closer to a classic set rather than what I paid for. Unfortunately, it felt like they were more focused on taking payment than providing the service promised. I left disappointed and uncomfortable, and I hope management addresses these issues.

I got my Lashes done by Lourdes and she was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I loved how my lashes came out they were exactly what I had asked for! Definitely coming back and booking with Lourdes again!!

I recently had my lashes done at Lash Lounge by Emma and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! The lounge is always so aesthetically pleasing, relaxing, and peaceful. The beds are comfortable. Emma, Caitlin and Kaitlin are amazing. Emma listened to what I wanted and explained the different lash types and styles available. She was incredibly professional, gentle, and meticulous throughout the entire process. I opted for hybrid, volume and they look absolutely Nicolousious ! They're exactly the look I was hoping for natural with a tab of spice. I'll definitely be back!💕💕💕
