She did a root touch-up without asking me. Didn't cut my hair except a straight cut across the bottom. Actually horrible. I look worse than when I came in.

When it came time to discuss my haircut, Mallory was attentive and truly listened to what I wanted. She repeated back my requests to ensure she understood, which made me feel valued as a customer. Throughout the cut, she checked in with me multiple times to confirm that I was happy with how it was looking and if any adjustments were needed. This level of care and communication is something I truly appreciate. Not only was Mallory skilled and professional, but she was also a joy to work with. Her pleasant demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. She even offered me some hair products, which led me to purchase a hairspray that I’m excited to try!
