I have hair done professionally for 18 years. All the way down to my butt the most beautiful thing you could see. I explained very clearly I wanted a full foil. She did a root touch-up without asking me. Didn't cut my hair except a straight cut across the bottom. Actually horrible. I look worse than when I came in.

Jordyn worked a miracle the last time I saw her as my previous extensions caused a lot of damage. The autosohere at Stillwater is very elegant and Jordyn’s customer service is outstanding.

I recently had the pleasure of getting my haircut with Mallory, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and immediately asked if I needed a drink. I was in need of some water, and her thoughtful gesture set the tone for the rest of my visit. When it came time to discuss my haircut, Mallory was attentive and truly listened to what I wanted. She repeated back my requests to ensure she understood, which made me feel valued as a customer. Throughout the cut, she checked in with me multiple times to confirm that I was happy with how it was looking and if any adjustments were needed. This level of care and communication is something I truly appreciate. Not only was Mallory skilled and professional, but she was also a joy to work with. Her pleasant demeanor made the entire experience enjoyable. She even offered me some hair products, which led me to purchase a hairspray that I’m excited to try!
