Sophie is amazing. She makes every cut such a great experience. She makes sure she understands what I want, she checks in often, she is honest and gives great feedback, she knows what is going to look good on me and what my hair is going to do the best with and she is great at communicating that. She always goes the extra mile to make sure I'm happy with my cut and with my experience. She is such a lovely and genuine person in every sense and I have gotten SO many compliments on my hair. I love getting my hair cut by Sophie!

Tina was really friendly, honest, fair, and considerate of my time and feelings. She made me feel comfortable and cared for and provided me with a fresh new look exactly what I asked for while using her expertise to tailor the look I selected to my hair texture and part. She was knowledgeable on products and shared with me what she was using but wasn't pushy on selling me anything. 10/10 I will be back!

I wish I didn’t have to write this, but I’ve never felt so disrespected and uncomfortable at a salon in my life. I booked with Kayla expecting a relaxing, professional service, but from the moment I sat down it was clear that was not going to happen. Kayla was outright rude the entire time. Short, snappy responses, eye rolling when I politely asked questions, and an attitude that made me feel like I was inconveniencing her just by being there. At one point she even made a sarcastic comment about my hair request that left me stunned. I spent the whole appointment tense and anxious instead of relaxed.

I recently had a cut and color with Nomi, and she did a wonderful job! It felt so nice to pamper myself, and too be pampered, and know I was in her good hands. The results were amazing and I left feeling so good about myself.

If you're a parent looking to gift a professional hair color service for your daughters birthday, I would not recommend this place. Her color formulation was done incorrectly TWICE! — it turned out much darker than she requested and darker than I’ve ever seen her hair. What should have been a fun, confidence-boosting birthday experience became a source of stress and disappointment. When we reached out to address the issue, the manager was dismissive and showed no empathy. A partial refund was only offered after a male family member stepped in to escalate the concern. This situation was not handled with the care, professionalism, or accountability we expected.
