REVIVE Salon and Medspa

I hired REVIVE Salon + Medspa for my wedding day and had an amazing experience. Their team is warm and inviting while bringing years of experience to the chair. Trish, Lex, and Sophia helped me, my bridesmaids, and my family look and feel our best for such a special day and occasion!

My daughter recently had a lightening procedure at beauty school in Minneapolis that was in need of some minor repair. Sophie gave us some excellent advice and was able to add a quick touch up to her haircut appointment making her hair look much more uniform and brought it to a shade she liked. We made another appointment with Sophie as my daughter really liked her and found her to be fun and positive.

3 1/2 weeks ago I had an all over color. I noticed that it has faded at the roots, well beyond the expected 1/2” of regrowth. This is something that has never happened to me before. I have in fact had an all over color at this salon before with excellent results. I asked someone to look at it and help me understand what happened. This person said they may have used the wrong developer or should have colored the roots with a darker dye (something that I’ve never had done). Lots of excuses, but no satisfactory acceptance of responsibility or satisfactory resolution. They offered to get me in right away to redo it, but I would have to pay full price for the service. I will not be returning to this salon for any reason.

Brought my son in for a cut and he loved it. His stylist Joselin was wonderful. She listened to what he was looking for and walked him thru styling to ensure he walked away able to continue the look. Sophia has been my stylist for years. I'm grateful for her expertise and comfort with long, thick, wavy hair. I leave with a beautiful color and cut everytime. Thank you!!

My daughter wanted her hair cut before school and most places were booked. We got in a week before with Mallory. My fiance took her to get her hair cut. We usually go to my cousins salon but they were booked completely. My daughter came home in love with her hair, she had a big smile on her face, and said her stylist really understood what she wanted and said Mallory was incredibly nice. She said she wants to go back when she needs another hair cut. Thank you for being so kind and providing such great service! We will be back!
