As a first time customer I was disappointed in the attention to detail service that was provided during my visit. My appointment started off well and my tech was friendly of course but towards the end everything felt rushed. My nail tech didn’t even finish my nails before already moving to another client, my nails still had some surfaces that were unevenly painted and my cuticles were barely trimmed or cut. Another tech had to come and wrap up my appointment which that was kind but never had I had that happened before. I booked for a builder gel fill and and resulted in a way thicker application than anticipate.

Amelia was amazing!! I showed her 3 pictures and she nailed it! First time client was super impressed w design ability, cleanliness and overall experience!!

Always a 10/10. I went in this time with virtually zero direction and my nail tech killed it. I chose a blue jelly base and showed her about 50 pictures of nails that I like and she went wild. The blue are this visit, the yellow from the last. I wore the yellow set out for three weeks including a VERY busy vacation, and I will never be accused of being easy on my manicures. Nary a nail broken or lifting, and less normal wear and tear than I would have expected.

This is the only place in the cities where I get my nails done. The design is always cute and they last a long time, especially for long acrylics. Johnny is the best!

I cannot recommend Enchanted highly enough. Despite my booking incorrectly (it was my first time, gimme a break) they were able to take care of me and not only did they meet my expectations, they exceeded them in every way. The facility is clean, calm, and unfussy. The customer service was unimpeachable. The quality of the design was next level. I watched two other techs also giving services and the nails they made were also gorgeous! I attached the photo they took of my nails. I asked for slightly futuristic, yellow jelly polish, and gold chrome and that’s exactly what I got! If you’re unsure or on the fence, check them out! It’s well worth the effort.
