A Touch of Plasch

AMAZING studio and would recommend to anyone! I have tried a handful of studios in Duluth and A Touch of Plasch exceeds all others! The studio is comfortable, clean, and inviting. Appointment was easy and quick to book as well as reasonably priced. The owner Mandy is welcoming and very genuine. It’s clear she truly cares about the studio. I received a hair cut from Lexi, this included a wash and dry. Lexi took the time to consult with me on exactly what I wanted and then proceeded to do just that! She has extensive talent, pays attention to the details, and takes her time. Lexi brings a calming energy that made the appointment feel relaxing and worth the time for self care. My hair cut was thorough and exactly what I said I wanted. It’s apparent she has a passion for hair and loves what does by the level of knowledge she has and how great of a job she did. I’m very thankful and will be going back for my next hair appointment!

Able to get in next day. Salon was clean and had a mellow atmosphere. Staff was attentive and nice. Allison did a good job with my haircut and waxing. This was my first visit. I look forward to returning in the future.

I have been going to ATOP for 4 years and have been very pleased with the stylists and the salon. From the first phone call to the end product everyone is professional and courteous. When my stylist, Casey, moved out of state I had to transition to a new stylist and the process was as smooth as I could hope for. I had a cut with Angel today and I was feeling very frustrated with my thin, fine hair complicated by major cowlicks and two surgical scars on my scalp. Angel took the time to review my wants, explain what would work best, showed me how to style it and continually asked me for confirmation that I was happy with the decisions we were making. She did this all without making me feel rushed! You can see the before and after results. Thanks Angel and ATOP!

Jenica did my hair and makeup for my wedding on June 15, 2024, and she was amazing! She was able to help me pick a makeup vibe during my trial styling and was always so kind and easy to talk to. She cares about making you feel gorgeous and checks-in to make sure you feel good about the way your look is coming together both during the trial and day-of. I would recommend her in a heartbeat! By far the best salon in town!! They do it all and do it well. Today was a fancy french manicure by Oliva, last week was beautiful natural lashes by Mandy, and of course hair by Eric or Harvey!!I've actually had my hair done by most of the stylists over the year. You can't go wrong, they are all top in class.
