New to Minnesota & I’ve tried a few places before coming to Mia Nails. I can honestly say I’ve had a pleasant experience everytime I come! Would def recommend! Every person that’s serviced me has done a great job on my hands & feet, even when I’ve had an issue with how something feels or looks. Will definitely continue to patronize when I’m here!

I love Mia nails! Every single person made me feel welcome and relaxed to be there. I came here for my first time, to get my wedding nails! They did an amazing job! Great crew of people here all very talented, and know their stuff! Clean, spacious , relaxing place. Can’t wait to go back!

I had a very upsetting experience here with the owner, Jolene. I paid $67 plus a 20% tip for a dip French manicure that looked messy, uneven, and cloudy. When I politely called to ask for a fix or refund, Jolene argued with me and told me the nails were “fine.” When I came back, she became extremely unprofessional. She was pulling my hands roughly, verbally attacking me, and even dragged me over to multiple customers in the salon to ask their opinion on my nails. This felt manipulative, humiliating, and like a form of public shaming. I left the situation feeling very uncomfortable and shaken. Thankfully, another technician stepped in and kindly redid my nails beautifully (Tony). However, Jolene kept the payment and the tip for herself — the tech who actually did the work never got paid for his time. This experience was unprofessional, manipulative, and disrespectful. I have been coming here for years and seen Helen and she is amazing, but because of Jolene’s behavior, I will not be returning. the way the owner treated me was unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they spend good money on a service. I included pictures of the first manicure I got which was clearly very rushed and not good.

I’m getting married in a week, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results from my manicure and pedicure at Mia Nails! Cindy and Jenny did an amazing job — my nails look flawless! The attention to detail, the quality of the products they use, and their friendly, professional service really made the whole experience special. I’m so excited to show off my nails on my big day! I'll definitely be returning for all my future nail needs. Highly recommend if you're looking for top-notch service and a relaxing experience.

I have been going here for months, actually maybe like 18 months . I had great experience most of the time . I went in for just a gel polish , I had no polish on my nails except for 1 and the owner was telling her son , my nail tech he should have charged me for a polish removal also . He explained I only had polish on 1 nail so he didn’t charge me ( she did not look happy but let it slide I guess ???? My nails looked horrible after I left. The polish did not go down to my cuticles so it looked like I had a week or 2 of growth when I left and within 4 days was chipping on multiple nails . I did call and speak with a staff member and explained my situation with my last service and was told that is how they polish cause if they go closer to your cuticle it tends to peel “ not my first time having my nails done “ . I was told I could go in and they would look at them . WRONG ANSWER , it was so uncomfortable even calling in the first place cause it was the owners son who did my nails . But then to have that as a response when I called !!!!! YOU just lost a good customer , there are plenty of nail salons in town ….. I will not be returning and encourage you all to go elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!! The pictures are horrible cause I was taking the photo myself with my phone …
