LVY Nails Chanhassen

I haven’t had a mani pedi this good in years. I am so glad I came to LVY Nails! They did an excellent job of cleaning up my cuticles without taking too much off, no pain and no blood! I’ve had bad experiences elsewhere.

I got my nails done twice there. It just broken right after 3-4 days in each time. I am so sad for my money. I am not gonna try again you so bad.

I went in to have a pedicure. I haven’t had one done in a while and I just really needed the relaxation. The guy that did my pedicure did such an amazing job. I fell asleep a few different times. I feel bad because I cannot remember his name. But I am horrible with names. I got the diamond package which is the most expensive but it was so worth it. I would 110% recommend this place.

4 stars as this was my first time here and I don't want to judge too harshly based on only one experience. TL;DR: thorough pedicure, rushed manicure, unclear pricing Pros: -The facility seems clean - I was able to be taken 5 minutes early. - The pedicure was very thorough. Cons: - The pricing seems arbitrary. When I booked for Mani/Pedi, the website said $65. The total I was told at the end of my service was $95. Even if I assume the combo price was wrong, the individual services I received together per their website would have came out to $85 so I'm not sure where the extra $10 came from. I just got a solid gel color. - The nail tech performing the manicure never asked what shape I wanted which I find absolutely bizarre. She just trimmed my nails and started applying polish - I was never instructed to wash my hands. I've always been instructed to wash my hands at other salons in the past. I'm guessing this is a sanitation procedure that was missed due to the tech rushing the service. - At the end of the service, my arms were covered with nail dust when the tech started applying lotion over it and rubbing it into my skin which was a weird sensory experience - I left with a small but noticeable amount of gel on my skin. There was actually gel sticking the edge of my thumbnail to my skin which I had to break loose.

Fabulous! What a happy and fun team. I really appreciated the care they took to create a warm experience. It's great they take credit cards too. My nails look amazing and it was fun to be there. Thank you!
