Natural Roots Salon

Natural roots probably does great hair, however fall way short when it comes to the tanning portion of the business. I paid around $85 for a month of tanning in there top bed, & am very unsatisfied with the results. I think ill stick to Totally tan memberships, because it costs less, I get the tanning i want, along with free spray tans daily if wanted. Originally I was told id be getting an extra week added to my natural roots package, because the lack of cleanliness in the beds. I guess they forgot. Either way way more bang for your buck at Totally Tan!

I saw Gretchen for a haircut and she was amazing. She washed my hair thoroughly it felt amazing. She made me feel so comfortable during my appointment, like I knew her already. I will certainly refer my friends to Gretchen and I will be returning!

What an adorable salon right in the heart of Buffalo. Ava was my stylist and she was professional, knowledgeable and so kind. Helped me talk through what I wanted. And it turned out even better than I expected. Go check them out.

I love this salon. I am extremely chemically sensitive and usually leave the salon with a migraine due to all of the different smells, lighting, and so on. Not at Natural Roots Salon. It’s always a very calming experience and everyone that works there is super friendly. All of the stylists I’ve had were very good at what they do, but Samantha is my favorite. I’m not especially good at articulating my ideas, but she gets me. With her, I get exactly what I have pictured in my mind. I 100% recommend this salon!

This salon is outstanding!!! I first gave it a shot about a year ago when I reached out over Facebook messenger to see about any weekend availability. They quickly responded and I was able to get in with Sierra. She did a phenomenal job and treated me amazing. Her kind and genuine personality had me feeling like I’d been a client of hers for years instead of for the first time. Now that’s what I will be. I’ve gone back to Sierra and will continue to go back to her for a long time to come. She is worth every single bit of my 2 hour drive to see her and more!!! She is understanding, funny, passionate, and I really feel pampered when I sit in her chair. She takes her time and has great attention to detail! I also used Natural Roots for my wedding, they traveled to my location and knocked out my hair and 6 other ladies hair in record time and it was flawless. Like truly!!! The new salon is stunning and such a great environment to be in. I was just there for Sierra to work her magic again and left happier than ever again because of her work!
