Myanh was very sweet and time-efficient when completing my nails. I would have liked it more brown, but I’m still satisfied with the results. I wouldn’t mind going back again in the future ☺️

My daughter was a late walk in and she took my daughter. She did a great job on my daughter nails, eyelashes and eye brows for prom. I will definitely be visiting again.

Terrible experience. I did a walk in yesterday and asked if they were able to do a custom style I wanted(inspo picture attached) I showed them a picture she showed it to one of artist an she said yes. Mind you If they couldn’t do it even though it was a simple design I wouldn’t mind if I chose something else. I was seated pretty quickly and showed her a picture she took a picture and told me it was 85$. but as I started I noticed she was making a few mistake with the shaping of the nail. She also but way to thin of acrylic as well. The French top lining was extremely sloppy and when I kept telling her all the mistakes she was making she started hurrying over them. When she got to the gold 3d design she started doing sloppy work and held my finger forcefully down so I wouldn’t see how sloppy she was doing it. I kept telling her that the gold was going everywhere except for where it was supposed to be she hastily fixed it and again forcefully held my hand so I wouldn’t see. Before I could say anything she said all done and proceeded to walk me to the cash register. She then is said it 95$ and I told her I thought it was 85, the she started raising her voice saying “no I said 95$, 95$!” I said calm down I’ll pay but imma need you to fix my nails cuz this is so sloppy for 95$ she said ok ok and proceeded to SNATCH THE CARD OUT MY HAND and put on the the machine! I was so shocked I didn’t realize in the moment she had done that. Then she sat me down again and filed of the 3d design an attt to do it again. It looked worse than the first time. I kept trying let her know that what she was doing was not fixing the problem but she clearly had no idea what she was doing and wouldn’t just ask for help. All in all terrible terrrible experience.

I went here may 13 the day before my birthday to get my nails, toes and eyebrows done for my birthday and prom Which was that Saturday the complete total for the entire service was $180 they moved very quickly because i had a hair appointment at 1:30pm we finished before 1pm they were very nice and did everything I asked (considering this is my last prom ever I was very picky) 10/10 definitely recommend I had the sweetest lady do my nails will be coming again she even offered to put a gem on for me once I found one that I liked

I just left from my second appointment with Kathleen, and she did incredible both times. she pays attention to detail, considerate of my opinions, and extremely patient. She always makes sure im happy with the final product of my nails. I usually come with my mom and My Ahn does her nails and occasionally my eyebrows. They are both extremely sweet and caring. I 100% recommend this place if you want to walk out satisfied and smiling.
