2024-08-26We recently had a very disappointing experience at Orchid Nails. My daughter received a dip powder manicure that was applied unevenly and excessively thick. Despite our repeated requests for the technician to correct the issue, he became increasingly agitated and refused to acknowledge the problem. Eventually, after much frustration, he hastily removed the polish, causing significant damage to my daughter's nail beds (please see picture). I did not realize how awful he was being to her as I was sitting at the front waiting for him to remove the polish as my nails were done. We are extremely dissatisfied with the quality of service and the technician's unprofessional behavior. While we have had positive experiences in the past, this incident has completely eroded our trust. We will be taking our business elsewhere and are considering reporting this matter to relevant authorities.

2025-10-16Terrible experience form the moment we walked in. Booked an appointment for a full set and when I walked in they had no one that could do a full set and told me to dry my feet and head out. Absolutely terrible I am going to be a bride tomorrow which they new and say there trying to argue about what they said on the phone. Would never recommend this salon!
