2025-10-31My first experience was confusing based off what I had asked for and what result I got. I was not told it would be a process, I was just told my hair had to be lifted. In the past it’s taken one coloring to get the lighter results and other times more then once so as for it being lifted it’s hard to pin down what the result will be. Or what is meant by saying it can only be lifted. And I noticed parts looked more light and other parts didn’t. In terms of the cut I wasn’t sure what she did but it wasn’t the same on each side and I don’t remember seeing the cut before it was curled. This just happened to turn into one of those situations where based on what my hair was like it needed more attention. Which we eventually came to a mutual understanding of. Regardless of if this was a stylist thing or just my hair it still got fixed which I really do sincerely appreciate. And with Regards to Lexi I appreciate you going into detail more this time with me and that our communication got better on both our parts. It wasn’t a huge mistake or anything just not what I was hoping for as the end result. But we are working on it. Thank you Lexi, Happy Holidays!
