I got my nails done a few weeks ago. The person that did them was able to get me in last minute which i did appreciate. Super cute space but small and loud due to multiple business in one building with only half walls up, for example hair salons etc. You hear all the other businesses Conversations, Music, blow dryers, Etc. Now Onto the service i got. I got a full set of acrylic nails and relatively a pretty simple design. The Spencer girl that i had booked with did not do well. The nails were extremely thick. The art was not well. The acrylics were put on crooked, they were filed down uneven it also took her 2 1/2 hours to do a very simple nail design and it still turned out like crap. Someone even stated my nails looked like I had Lego bricks on my fingers. I was unhappy with my service, but still tipped because I felt bad. within a few days, I went to my original nail tech that I’ve been seeing for six years to fix my nails, and it took him an hour and 20 minutes of filing down and trying to fix her mess. I believe the girl that was doing them is new to the game so I’m not trying to be harsh to her but if you are new to the game, I don’t think you should charge as much as she was. I mean, she charged the same as my nail tech who is very good and he has been in service for 10 years. I do not recommend this place if you’re trying to have a nice looking set. this seems like a place for beginners that are still learning, but charging the same as someone who has been in service for many many years. Edit to add to owners response. Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review. However, I didn’t feel your response came across as professional. I want to clarify that my intention was never to bash your business. I simply wasn’t impressed with the service I received from Spencer. While I’m sure the other staff members may provide excellent work, my experience didn’t meet expectations. I appreciated your small but cute space, although the background noise from neighboring businesses was a bit distracting. I chose not to share my thoughts with Spencer directly because I could tell she was proud of her work, and I didn’t want to upset her. However, given the pricing comparable to highly skilled professionals in this field, I feel it’s fair to warn others that the quality I received did not match those expectations.

I have been getting my nails done for over 6 years now, and no nail tech or place compares to the work that Allie does! I will never go to a different person ! Highly recommended!!!

Allie has always understood the assignment. LGBTQ+. friendly and great aesthetic. Very nice and overall wonderful experience. She is very skilled with nail art and with technique and she always gave me exactly what I asked for. 10 out of 10 would more than 100% recommend.

Spencer is one of the most talented nail artists I’ve ever had! Definitely one of the best in the area. Her art work is always so cute and she’s full of original ideas. Highly recommend Spencer!

My overall experience was bad. I had an appointment Friday the 9th. And Allie The Nail Tech never showed up after I waited there at her office for 40 minutes. I was told Abby was going to text me that Allie wasn't going to be in and I never received a text when Ali is my original Nail Tech and she's the one that should have messaged me that she wasn't going to be able to make it instead of putting her responsibility on someone else and not to mention we talked two days prior to my now appointment. I was even nice enough to move my nail appointment to a later time that Friday to accommodate Allie if she needed it and she reassured me that my appointment would be 2:00 Friday the 9th. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend anybody not to mention Ali never asked me if I wanted to reschedule for a different day she literally left me hanging. SMH!!
