AA Nails and Spa Kalamazoo

I love coming here. Jon and everyone in the nail spa are amazing. I went to their sister place in Joplin, Missouri where I used to live and I would never go anywhere else than these 2 placesThey take their time with my nails. I’ve actually had this set on since the beginning of September and I have gotten 3 refills. When I tell u I’m picky and they do an amazing job I’m being serious. I’ve changed a car battery with my nails. I’m hard on them at work and they stay looking amazing.I have medium to long nails on rn that are coffin shaped with stiletto on my ring fingers and they still look brand new after I’ve gotten 3 refills. From on-line appointments to excellence in service, AA Nails and spa has it all. Professional, clean and highly competent in their work. Enthusiastic, creative and genuinely nice people. I felt pampered with the heated, scented neck wrap, the hand and wrist massage after my nail fills. My pedicure was wonderful. What a great experience! 10/10 I would use this service again. The nail art that John did was exceptional and creative. The color changes with light and looks amazing.

This was my first time visiting and I was pleasantly surprised. First off I was greeted by name when I walked in, I was welcomed by a warm neck wrap, which felt amazing after sitting at my desk all day. Cindy listened to to my requests and actually delivered, she took time to do them how I wanted and even finished with a hand massage. I will definitely be going back❤️❤️❤️❤️

Update: I did confirm with my bank transactions that I left the review with the correct salon I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this salon. I was told that it would be $55 for a basic set of acrylics. I requested the first photo attached colors, and then the shape of the nails second photo. The following pictures are what I received. Besides the fact that the color and chrome is not what I requested, the nails were extremely thick due to overuse of acrylic, and half of them weren’t on my full nail. They were also not shaped correctly. Those ended up being an $80 set of nails. I went in the following day once I realized how poorly they were done, well within 24 hours. I requested that someone takes a look at them so we can discuss a way to fix them or make them more presentable. I was told it would be $35 to fix them. They would not help me with anything other than refiling some of them due to the poor shaping. Since then, the acrylic nails fell off like press ons. I have never had an acrylic nail fall of entirely, but every single one did. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of nails and the lack of customer service.
