3 stars because the nails ultimately came out well and look cute at a distance, the facility is clean, the girl upfront was sweet, and they serve yummy milk tea BUT they charge for a full service like most salons who take care of your cuticles and clean you up before, during and after the set. I’m not sure why a gel set for short nails would be $65 when there’s nothing else included aside from putting the nails on with no cuticle care or clean up. I was left with rough edges and glue all over my finger tips. I didn’t notice at first because it’s not bright enough in the building to see and I had just washed my hands. I’ve been picking it off but still can’t get it all, so the pictures are AFTER I’ve been picking glue off but got fed up and finally decided to leave a review because how’re you going to leave me looking this rough? The tech never really cleaned me up, dusted me off twice, but didn’t let me wash my hands before he did the last coat to lock it all in for the shine and now there are bits of the debris embedded in the nail. Again, they look fine at a distance but when I plan to get my nails done, I expect full service that includes the cleaning up of cuticles for the full service price they charge, I’ve never gone to a salon that’s done otherwise. He honestly just seemed upset he was doing the nails in general, but I kept it cute and polite and now know to look somewhere else where they include cuticle care and clean up within the service price. I ultimately paid $81 for the nails, a discounted milk tea and tip.

Went in for a full acrylic set with no appointment and they were so welcoming to get me in as a walk in! I was given a menu to get a delicious drink and my nail tech was super friendly! The nails were perfect, she made sure to keep them smooth and flat as possible and paid attention to the little details like underneath my nails. The vibes were great, the staff were great, and most importantly my nails look great!

While some are nice there - don’t be too picky or they are not very accommodating! My experience was they make you feel very uncomfortable about asking question or asking about the price listed online and the discrepancy between that and what you end up paying. I went back to give them several tries and it just got worse. I did need ask them to fix a set before this last appointment. I needed my nails redone as I was not comfortable with them the first time. I called the day before and they got me right in the next morning. Which was nice and the manager Henry handled well. The prices listed online are not accurate even after they said a cut down was 5$ I get a gel x fill listed at $43 and I can’t get out of there with out paying $70 at least. No design just gel polish which when I asked if I do regular polish it would be the $43 I was told no we don’t do regular polish on gel x . Very confusing. Why list a full at $43 then?? The last straw was the way I was treated at my last fill. He was very rude and almost argumentative about the fact that after I said I didn’t want them cut down he did it on my left hand but not my right and then my nails were very in even. I wanted the chrome and a french tip. He then told me that was more money in a condescending way because he knew I brought up the price the last time I was in. I said yes that’s fine. Then I asked him if he was having a bad day or something?! He said no and proceeded to finish up. The surface of my nails had bubbles and bumpy marks. I really just wanted to leave and was extremely uncomfortable. If they don’t like their job they should not be doing it. Very unimpressed with the customer service even after the manager was nice enough to fix an employee mistake. Again some of them are very nice don’t go on a day the manager isn’t there. Some really slack off on customer service.

Decided to try this place out since it’s right down the road and I love it! T is the best, she takes her time to pay attention to every little detail! Everyone is always so nice, it’s affordable, and it’s such a cute place! Definitely recommend! :)

The customer service is excellent. The nail service is high quality. the boba drink bar is unique and tastes amazing. And The facility is clean comfortable with a modern environment/desing look.
