Not impressed with my dip manicure. It just looks messy. I believe the owner did my nails, but I’m not sure of her name. My husband also got his done and was not impressed. I had high hopes with the amount of 5 star reviews, but honestly was left disappointed. The salon is beautiful and has a lot of potential. We will not be back.

The first several times I went here, it was great. They introduced me to the poly gel which I really like versus regular gel or dip. The past few times have not been as great unfortunately. Today, after the technician buffed all the polish off, one of my nails was noticeably a concerning yellow. She said she would need to remove the entire poly instead of doing the fill like the other nails, which was fine. Instead of soaking the poly off, a corner of it was picked off with the cuticle clippers and then the tech used an acrylic nail tip to slide it under the rest and pop it off which felt detrimental to the health of my nail underneath. From there, I asked for short/almond, but was told if I go short I cannot do that shape. I said ok, round please. The photo attached was the final product with varying nail lengths and shapes. After sitting in my car awhile, I did go back in and the gentleman who I believe is the owner filed them a bit more. Overall I am still pretty disappointed (cost $75). The 1st photo was right after, 2nd photo was after I went back in. Again, I have had other experiences, with even the same nail tech, that were better, but I cannot trust the consistency to go back ☹️

Disappointed. I was excited about finding a decent nail place that was finally close to my house. They really push the gel-x thing and tell you it will last for 3 weeks. It has been only a week and the nail came off without any trauma. I was sitting at work and realized oh I’m missing a nail. I also had gotten a pedicure and accidentally messed up the French tip as it was drying and I was getting up and the nail tech screamed at me, telling me to be careful. The whole salon heard her. I am not a child, I paid 150 to be verbally abused and for the nail to pop off a week later. Never returning..

I love it here! My nail artist moved locations and I had to follow her! The salon itself is super beautiful and clean. A relaxing atmosphere with really nice staff. The real review is about camie though, she is amazing! I’ve been going to her since 2021 and haven’t been disappointed since. Even when I’m being picky she is so great at listening to me and her cuticle game is THE best. I’ve attached some of the nails Camie has done for me, go to her, you won’t be disappointed! 😍

I’ve been looking for a new nail place and this is THE PLACE to go in Medford! I got Gel-X for the first time and it looks amazing. They really took their time and everything was very hygienic. Plus the salon is super cute inside!
