Serenity In the City Salon & Spa

I recently celebrated my Bachelorette and Serenity in the City was part of that celebration. I cannot recommend them enough for a group experience. Everyone in my party had such an incredible experience. Jackie, the manager, is an incredibly nice and welcoming person. Her energy made the experience even more enjoyable. (PS. Get the botanical bliss massage -- you won't regret it!!)

I love going to Serenity in City in Medford, MA and seeing Olivia. She’s amazing as well as friendly, attentive and always makes me feel comfortable. I love the way she shapes my eyebrows and gives great aftercare advice.

My first time at Serenity and I will DEFINITELY be coming back. Tiffany O. was excellent. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. I went to a different studio for over a decade and it doesn't compare to my experience Friday. Thank you Tiffany.

Short version: Amazing! Definitely come here, the people are wonderful. I'm literally writing this in the parking lot because they're *that* awesome. I was in need of some self care, so I booked myself a mini spa day here on a whim. It was reasonably priced and close to my new apartment, so why not give it a try, right? It was I N C R E D I B L E! Everyone was super nice, making sure I was comfortable with warm neck wraps (always yes please) and beverages. I had two different services with two different people (Olivia and Jackie) and they were both lovely! For my second treatment, they were running a little behind schedule, which no biggie since it was my day off, but I really appreciated that everyone communicated - as I finished my first service and was waiting for my second, at least three people made sure I was informed. In the treatments themselves both people were kind, thoughtful and personalized the session to me. In my facial, I mentioned that I'm prone to breakouts and excess due to PCOS, and that I was curious about laser hair removal but was hesitant since it can be expensive - they gave me a free test session for later! 😮😮😮 And when I checked out, I got a little goodie bag that included a free session at their yoga studio which I am 100% going to use. This is def going to be the place I come when I need a little self care. And if you're thinking about it, definitely come here for your own!

We did a spa day as part of my mom's bachelorette party weekend and everyone had an amazing time! Everyone on staff was so sweet, we all loved our services, it was a very easy scheduling process thanks to Anne, and they can accommodate large groups! We got to hang out in the relaxation room with snacks, drinks, and warm neck pillows while we all waited for our services and they made a cute sign for my mom. Definitely recommend and hope to go back.
