2025-05-19My poor nails, and wallet. They were nice people! However, I never get my nails done and decided to treat myself. I spent $145 on gel extension and pedicure. My nails came out crooked, and they sized my nails wrong so they look big. Pedicure was great, loved the massage, she hurt me once and I thought I was going to bleed. I love the color though. Will not be going back due to quality of work.

2025-08-23Tech barely spoke to me, nail polish was applied very thick, she never asked what shape I wanted, and it’s very messy. Super upset by this. I specifically told them it was for my maternity photo shoot and obviously they didn’t care. Honestly want my money back.

2024-12-07Was very unhappy with the final look. Had dip for the first time and well let's say never again! I did bring up to the lady in the front and evidently it was my fault for not speaking up. I figured trust the process. Layer after layer was added in an ununiform way. Figured they are the "professionals" and should take pride in what walks out of their store. Will not be returning, ever. Ended up leaving there and going straight to another nail salon to get my nails cleaned up. I just couldn't stand the way my nails felt with all those layers on them.

2025-09-11I am so picky and this place always does it right. They are very friendly, fair-priced, clean, and well staffed. The waits are not long and the amount of services and colors are wonderful. I don't think I've had a bad experience yet and keep coming back because they do a great job at a good price with a relaxing atmosphere with music, videos and tranquility. I'm a very happy, repeat customer.

The woman at the front desk raised her voice, became belligerent and attempted to make a scene. I will not be returning to a nail salon that treats paying customers that way.
