Joy is an absolute angel and I feel so lucky to be one of her clients. She takes such good care of my skin and I always look forward to my appointments with her. Her knowledge and expertise has done wonders for my face. I’ve been able to control my acne and breakouts ever since I started working with joy. And I appreciate that she answers all my questions to help me get the best care at home as well. Anyone needing an esthetician, I highly recommend you see Joy at The Right Touch.

I called The Right Touch in order to schedule a couple’s massage as a surprise for my husband’s birthday. The caveat is that I needed a prenatal massage and he a combination pressure. They were more than kind enough to make this work for us! The person I scheduled with (I sadly forget her name) was kind and patient as I asked questions about what would be the best option for my husband’s conditions. Upon arrival, we were lead to a peaceful lounge with complementary water and tea. Our masseuses, Roselyn and Natalie were amazing. They checked in with both of us numerous times regarding pressure and areas we’d like to avoid or focus on, and were very kind and gave incredible massages. We will be back!

I’m typically not one to complain or write bad reviews but I had the most unprofessional and awful experience at the right touch. I had a masseuse named Susan who during my 90 min massage talked the entire time about inappropriate subjects and was touching me unprofessionally which made me extremely uncomfortable. Susan told me her dogs are racist and only bark at “black people.” She was laughing while saying this. She told me that certain breeds of dogs are known the be racist and it’s not her fault all of her dogs bite people. While talking, she would randomly stop massaging me and would continue to talk and then would use her hands on my back and my legs to map things out in the story she was telling me instead of massaging me. Professionally, you shouldn’t be touching me for anything other than massage related things. Especially in places I have no clothing on. She also bent down a few times to whisper parts of her story in my ear and getting very close to me. This whole experience made me so uncomfortable. I didn’t complain at the time because I felt bad/nervous but haven’t stoped thinking about it and reached out to management. I told Danielle from management about my experience and she told me there is nothing they can do for me because I waited too long to speak up (2 months). She also told me Susan would not get in trouble but would just be spoken to. Overall, they did nothing for me to rectify the situation besides apologize. Before this, all of my experiences were pleasant but after talking with Danielle and being told there is nothing she can do for me, I will no longer be returning and will make sure to not recommend this establishment to friends like I have in the past. Susan telling me her dogs are racist and finding it funny is enough for me not to return on top of all of the other things.

Danielle is absolutely amazing! Her massage techniques are both deeply relaxing and incredibly effective. She really takes the time to understand your goals for the session and tailors everything to your needs. I booked a 60-minute deep tissue massage, and she consistently checked in to make sure the pressure was just right. She worked out all my knots while still keeping me completely relaxed. The perfect balance. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment for a facial for my elderly, disabled mother. The front desk staff ensured that she was in a treatment room close to the entrance and were very accommodating and helpful. Johnna, the esthetician, was absolutely wonderful and caring and went out of her way to make my mother comfortable and pampered. My mother kept raving about how great her skin felt and how relaxed she was. Overall, a wonderful experience and I cannot thank the staff enough.
