Sunrise Nails

I recently visited Davi Nails and found myself in for a bit of a wait—about 25 minutes. I stumbled upon Sunrise Nails while searching for nail options nearby and decided to give them a call. I spoke to a lovely lady who quoted me a gel pedicure for $50. Upon my arrival, I was pleased to see that someone was ready to assist me right away. However, there was a bit of a surprise when the technician informed me that the price had now gone up to $65 for a Deluxe service. While the price jump wasn’t a dealbreaker for me, it was a little surprising, especially since I knew I could get a similar Deluxe pedicure elsewhere for $45. The technician didn't introduce herself or engage in much conversation, which made the experience feel somewhat impersonal. My only real critique? The area beneath my toenails didn’t receive the thorough cleaning I had hoped for, along with the unexpected price change. On the bright side, Sunrise Nails boasts a fantastic collection of nail polish colors that kept me browsing and entertained! Overall, it was a decent visit, but there’s definitely some room for improvement.

My wife just left this place and is so very upset by the way she was treated by the owner, Julie, that I wanted to write a review. She dealt with the owner for acrylic nail tips that she got last week for a wedding. From the first interaction with her, she has been abrupt, dismissive, and unprofessional. The nails looked good initially but within a week the tip was pulling away from the nail and her hair got stuck bw the tip of her natural nail and a couple of the tips placed on for the new set. She wanted to have them cut back a bit and make sure no water would get bw her nail and the tip. Julie was beyond rude and pushed some glue behind the nail and clipped/filed them leaving jaded chips and unpolished sections. They look very thick at tip now and my wife offered to pay to have this service done right but was told “No, she would just do it to help her”. My wife usually works with the owner’s mother, Rose, who is great, but will be looking for a new salon after this experience. Hopefully Julie is nice to other customers and can be kinder to new clients. It’s great to be in the business for 30 years and happy she has her existing clients but new clients also should be respected and not made to feel like crying after leaving what should be a fun experience.

I went to Sunrise nails based on Google reviews and am so happy I did. Julie took me right away started on my nails and had Tina finish my nails since her appointment came in and I had showed up with no appointment. These two ladies have been doing nails for 30 years. They attended to me, did a great job, the salon was clean, and they are simply experienced and skilled for what they do. I highly recommend both of them. Thank you Julie and Tina!

5 star all the way around. Beautiful place nice and clean. Great service from Tina!!! You know it something to be said about a shop when their customers are just as great as the staff. Today was my first time and not only did the staff make me feel comfortable and welcomed...every customer that walked through that door had a smile on their face and said hello. I had been going to a shop for 5 years and wasn't satisfied. I was looking for a place that did great work and I could become a regular. Today I am pleased to say I have found my new home! Tina took very good care of me and she did an amazing job!!! My nails have never looked so good and the way I wanted them to look. Thank you sunrise nails!!!!!
