Alice Weir was truly incredible. She listened attentively to what I wanted and worked her magic to restore the natural beauty of my blonde hair after years of letting it grow out. Her knowledge of the right products, combined with her warm customer service, made me feel valued and cared for. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. This transformation meant so much to me, and I genuinely appreciate her dedication. Bella Salon (specifically Bettina and Bella) did a great job on my and my wedding party’s hair. I’m not from the area and was a bit nervous about not having had a trial, but Bettina took my inspiration, made sure she understood specifically what I liked about it, and did a beautiful job. I didn’t have to think about my hair all night. Bella did a great job with the wedding party’s hair and was very lovely and patient with my 3-year-old niece as well. They were warm and professional, and kept us on schedule. Additionally, Hope from the salon was easy to communicate with in the lead up to the wedding. Would definitely recommend.

My family and I have been clients of Bella Salon and Spa since it opened over 20 years ago. We have always been very happy with the services we received. Everyone at the salon is friendly, professional and caring. The staff makes sure you have an excellent experience from scheduling your appointment through check out. My 90 year old mother always looks forward to her appointments with Tammy. She is an excellent stylist and a lovely person. Bella Salon makes you feel like family. The salon also participates in charity work in the Hagerstown area. They are truly an asset to our community. I highly recommend them for all of your salon and spa services.
